Forever I cherish our moon chance
give it all up and celestial freelance
hold hands under a moonlit expanse
mottled moon damsel simply must dance.

Something in the way she broods
tweaking seemingly placid moods
spark the night air, infectious attitudes
so richly lit, she soothes the multitudes.

Gazing us down like a barley lover
something about her powerful hover
compels us to bewitchingly uncover
all that we never savored of each other.

Misty kisses moon our heartthrob
whatever we thought our usual job
has just been hurled in a lunar lob
I zeal your knob like a juicy kabob.

So much still swirls in lunar dust
breathe in beloved, exhale distrust
faltering fading stars can’t adjust
to the flareup when we combust.

Basking the mist of La Luna’s frock
time goes the way of a cuckoo clock
few rotations remain upon this rock
trying to align my walk with my talk.
