Let’s Go Cruisin’

with my top down . . .

Cherry red rocket is my boomerang
get over here and deliver your tang
mount my steed, a vintage Mustang
and make my vee-eight rumble again.

Been an eon since we gulped such air
rippling rivulets keep flaring my hair
the flirty flute of Jethro Tull doth blare
and off we go on a wing and a prayer.

As curvy asphalt engages my mind
remnants of caution are left behind
you tune me up and tweak my tines
I climb crags while you rob me blind.

A desolate bush hut, you bid me stop
despite imminent risk of raindrop
you fumble to drop my pony’s top
chrome thigh drape, deep lip swap.

Stare me down, libidos meet street
pheromones launch from your latent heat
rock my shocks, don’t be discreet
blister my diamond-tuck-and-roll backseat.

Comes a sage twinkle in a wench’s life
extraneous noise bites the big jackknife
with a galvanizing jolt your tongue is rife
your lusty tempest dissolves…
